Please confirm the scores, standings and rosters that are posted online.  Email discrepancies to tbwsc.registrar@gmail.com.

If roster members have NOT played any games they need to be removed from the database, so please notify the TBWSC Board ASAP if this occurs.

Only fully registered players who have an OSA membership will appear on the online roster and game sheet. If a player is not listed on the online roster, then that player is not eligible to play.

Game sheets for the Outdoor 2025 season can be found below.

Team Managers or a designate are required to:

1. Print your team's game sheet.

2. Fill in the game date and time.

3. Make any necessary changes/corrections to player names/jersey numbers.

4. Cross off the names of any absent players.

5. Add pick-up player information if applicable

6. Coach or Team Manager must sign the gamesheet

7. Bring the game sheet to the field to give to the referee.

Teams are required to cross off the names of any players who are not at the game, and to record any pick up player information. In order to maintain/reflect accurate statistics on the website for each team is it essential that this occurs.

All game officials (referee and ARs) must be addded on the game sheet where indicated.

Referees will mark the score, goal scorers, cards, and discipline on the game sheets.

Referees are to email a picture of the completed gamesheets to tbwsc.statistics@gmail.com with the game date in the subjecgt line.

Game results will be recorded on the website each week.

Updated gamesheets based on any changes/corrections made to player names/jersey numbers will be made available here.
