1. All submissions are reviewed by the Board Member managing administration upon receipt.
2. If submissions require immediate action, all board members are notified within 24 hours, with action items documented and executed within 48 hours.
3. If submissions are non-urgent, they are added to the agenda for the next monthly board meeting.
4. Facility-related submissions for the indoor season are forwarded to our contact at the Tournament Centre.
5. Per SNO and TBSWC Regulations, submissions involving player/team behaviours that violate regulations may be subject to disciplinary measures carried out by the TBWSC Board. Decisions regarding disciplinary measures are determined through a majority vote at the next closest board meeting following receipt of the report.
